The Cottage Rustic Stack pattern of Real Rock® Thin Stone Veneer is created from rectangular pieces of Mountain Fieldstone Rubble – a type of durable stone that naturally occurs in the Southern Appalachian Mountains. These stones vary in size between 3 and 5 inches in height and are arranged in an artful stack.
This pattern features a blend of natural cleft face stone and split face stone. Natural cleft face stone is cut with the grain which showcases the unique texture of the stone face. Split face stone is cut against the grain to showcase the natural veining.
Real Rock® Thin Stone Veneer is a thinner, lighter-weight option, typically about 1 ½ inches deep. It can be applied to virtually any surface without additional support.
The stones in the Cottage Rustic Stack pattern can be applied with visible mortar or as dry stack – without visible mortar.
